Responsibilities:

Strategy and Growth:
Define and lead the long-term strategic direction for SMI, in collaboration with the leadership team, to maximize financial and operational performance. Identify opportunities for organic growth, with a particular focus on the Saudi market and the broader MENA region.
Operational Efficiency Improvement:
Audit and recommend improvements to production processes, supply chain management, and internal systems to increase productivity and reduce costs. Provide solutions for optimizing resource utilization.
Market Expertise (Saudi Arabia):
Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi market and economic dynamics to advise on industry trends and regulatory developments. Provide counsel on navigating market-specific challenges in Saudi Arabia, particularly around corporate culture, legislation, and business partnerships.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain strong relationships with Jadawa investors, industrial partners, and key clients. Represent SMI in engagements with government entities, financial institutions, and private sector players.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress in terms of growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Advise on strategy adjustments based on performance results.

Required Profile:
Experience:
Over 15 years of experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or metals sectors, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. Experience as a Senior Executive, CEO, COO, or Senior Advisor is highly preferred.
Strategic and Operational Expertise:
Proven expertise in managing complex operations, optimizing processes, and driving profitability. Strong track record of leading operational improvements and implementing strategic initiatives that result in sustainable growth.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to provide executive leadership, mentor senior management, and drive organizational change. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including its economic drivers, regulatory environment, and industry-specific trends. The ability to navigate the cultural, political, and business landscape in Saudi Arabia is essential.
Educational Background:
A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be a plus.

Missions :
Au sein d’une équipe de 8 personnes et rattaché(e) au Directeur Comptable, vous aurez la gestion d’un portefeuille de magasins.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Réalisation des opérations de comptabilité générale et analyse des comptes.
Contrôle des flux monétaires et des comptes de caisse
Contrôle et validation des rapprochements bancaires.
Paiement des fournisseurs et contrôle des comptes tiers
Etablissement des déclarations fiscales (CFE, CVAE, TASCOM, Liasses…).
Cadrage mensuel de la TVA
Contrôle mensuel des comptes de charges sociales et comptes sociaux
Lettrage et la justification des comptes de bilan

Profil:
De formation minimum bac + 2, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum en comptabilité générale.
Vous maitrisez les outils comptables Sage (100, X3 ou FRP 1000)
Vous êtes à l’aise avec EXCEL
Organisé(e), rigoureux (se), et dynamique, votre esprit d’équipe est également un atout indispensable à la réussite de votre mission.
Vous êtes en capacité d’évoluer à ce poste avec autonomie et proactivité dans un contexte d’entreprise dynamique.
