We are two longtime friends, passionate about sports and united by a common vision. With several years of experience in recruitment consulting, Rabii has mastered the intricacies of talent selection in the IT and finance sectors. Adrien, on the other hand, brings strong commercial expertise and an in-depth knowledge of the EMEA region, especially Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. He has a deep understanding of the growth dynamics of this key market, which will be at the core of our development.

This is how we decided to launch Unplayable Talents, a recruitment agency specialising in top and middle management, catering to companies based in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The term “Unplayable” comes from the world of sports, where an athlete is considered “unplayable” when they are simply too skilled to be beaten. We chose this name to reflect our ambition: to identify and offer unbeatable talent that will strengthen and transform our clients’ teams.
